Acupuncture: Acupuncture is performed by the insertion of very fine needles through the skin at certain points on the surface of the body in an attempt to treat bodily dysfunction or diseases, to modify or prevent pain perception, and to normalize the body’s physiological functions.

Aqua Chi Ionic Foot Bath: Aqua Chi combines the life-giving properties of water with negative ions which enhances and amplifies the body's ability to heal itself.  The energized water helps to re-balance the body's energy meridians permeating and realigning an individual's energy field.

Aqua Massage:  The ultimate dry water massage table.  Remain clothed and dry! Full body or local massage.  Increases circulation and relieves muscular pain & tension.  It offers relaxation and revitalization.  This is a free 7-15 minute treatment.

Chinese Herbal Medicine: Substances from the Chinese Materia Medica are used together to treat bodily dysfunction or diseases, to modify or prevent pain perception, and to normalize the body’s physiological functions. Chinese herbs are a wonderful complement to acupuncture therapy. Most patients take herbs daily as a potent means of reminding the body to restore and heal between acupuncture sessions. Herbal medicine involves extensive study and mastery of hundreds of single herbs and formulas. It is best to take herbs under the guidance of a skilled practitioner, as they will be able to prescribe a formula that is specific to your exact needs. Gradual effects are noticed because the herbs have a cumulative ability to bring the body back to balance.

Compass: A bio-communication technology that allows you to place your hand on the Compass Hand Cradle; the Compass software asks your body questions about nutritional products and ranks your responses. It’s simple, inexpensive and fun!

Cupping: Performed by creating negative pressure in a glass cup, either by expelling the air by ignition or by using a mechanical pump. When the cup is placed on the skin, it pulls the skin into the cup, which is the desired outcome. This technique is excellent for shoulder and back pain and is also used for internal medical imbalances.

Deep Tissue Massage:  Designed to reach the deep portions of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibers.  Using deep muscle compression and friction along the grain of the muscle, its purpose is to unstuck the fibers of the muscles and release both toxins and deeply held patterns of tension.  Sessions are usually an hour long.

Detox Box: This technology was developed in the 1930’s by Royal Raymond Rife. Picture an opera singer hitting a specific note (or frequency) and breaking a glass. Virus/bacteria/fungus vibrate at specific frequencies. By setting the Detox Box to these frequencies, they may be destroyed.

Feng Shui: Comes to us from the Chinese. It translates into two words: wind/water.  These two elements flow easily in nature.  Feng Shui is a powerful and profound way to make positive change in a simple way by balancing and harmonizing. Energy goes where attention (& intention) flows.

La Stone Therapeutic Massage:  In this massage treatment, the healing stone ritual incorporates Aromatherapy and tension releasing effleurage, starting with warm sculpted river stones used as an extension of the therapists hands to bring you deep relaxation, grounding and perfect balance from head to toe.  Cool Marble stones alternately re-energize and stimulate muscles.  Sessions are ninety minutes long and the fee is $100.00.

Life Coaching: Uses a wide variety of techniques to support personal growth, change, and freedom from addictions.
The cost for each Technique will vary per therapist please call us to check.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy: The proper functioning of the lymphatic system is critical to our body’s ability to detoxify and regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substances, recover crucial substances that have escaped from the blood, and maintain a Healthy Immune System.  However, the action of the lymph vessels and nodes can be hindered or stopped, due to fatigue, stress, emotional shock, cold, infections, lack of physical activity, age, surgery, radiation, chemicals, food additives and an acidic ph.  Sessions are usually an hour long.

Moxibustion: Moxibustion involves the use of the Chinese herb artemisia as a topical warming therapy. This is excellent for cold and weak patients who need to be warmed up and strengthened.

Neuromuscular Massage: A specialized approach focusing on specific muscles or muscle groups to treat pain caused by ischemia, trigger points and nerve compression or entrapment. This technique uses fascial sculpting strokes, cross fiber fractioning and deep circular compression to treat individual muscles and the nervous system influence on each muscle.

PAT (Physical Aromatic Touch): This is an advanced way to tune into your body’s innate intelligence, employing the powerful sense of touch and smell. This systematic method uses specific essential oils as a stimulus to assess a body’s response in each of seven targeted areas.

Psych-K: A non-invasive technique developed to assist in releasing inhibiting sub-conscious patterns and replacing them with new life affirming beliefs using muscle testing.

Raindrop Technique:  This technique was developed almost two decades ago, it uses a sequence of nine highly immune enhancing oils.  They are dropped like rain from a height of about 6 inches onto the spine and then lightly massaged in using various hand to body techniques.  This stimulates energy impulses and disperses the oils along the nervous system throughout the entire body. These oils are considered “hot” oils and are anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-microbial.  This is a great technique to boost your immune system.  The session is usually fifty minutes long.

Red Light Therapy: Comes to us from Australia.  It is non-invasive photostimulation of acupuncture points.  Monochromatic light: increases oxygen and blood flow; assists wound healing; stimulates nerve functioning; relaxes muscles and facilitates pain reduction.  End the year better than you started.

Roller Table (Spinolator):  A full-back massage table providing maximum therapy flexibility.  Provides effective treatment to the entire spine or within a limited range.  Three custom contoured rollers deliver consistent pressure to help loosen tight and stiff muscles.  This is a free 15 minute treatment.

Swedish Massage: Now known as “traditional” massage. Swedish massage includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping and shaking motions.  It is effective for most ailments, because massaging the spine, the body’s largest organ, sets up a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems of the body.  It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation and promotes health and well being.

Trigger Point: An area within muscle fibers that is painful or spasms when compressed. Referred pain, twitching or spasms may also be felt in other areas of the body.

Trigger Point Therapy: A method, used in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, which applies specific point pressure treatment to the Trigger Point. This treatment approach increases blood flow to the area to relieve pain and other sensations.
